Maine realtors see steady increase of home sales across the state

Maine saw a healthy increase in home sales in April, which was the third month in a row.

This is the first time Maine has seen that kind of increase since early 2021, and that's likely due to an increase in inventory.

Current listings show more than a 17 percent increase in sales of single-family homes across the state.
